Cardinal MF LLC is a real estate development company based in San Antonio, Texas. Cardinal MF specializes in servicing the needs of institutional and high net worth investors. We create real estate strategies focused on risk-appropriate long-term returns with a primary focus on multi-family development in key market areas.

Cardinal’s Development

Cardinal has a considerable pipeline of projects in construction and pre-development stages. We are busy! Cardinal’s projects under construction include the 300-unit Brick and Mortar District in Kyle, Texas, the 288-unit Enclave on Ross Road in Austin, Texas, the 288-unit Vera In Odessa, Texas, and the 200-unit Cove In Odessa, Texas. Construction is slated to commence in May 2022 on the 300-unit Lyric at the Merc in San Antonio, Texas, the 324-unit Goodnight Ranch Town Center in Austin, Texas, the 313-unit Phase 2 of the Brick and Mortar District in Kyle, Texas, and the 288-unit SoSA at Palo Alto in San Antonio, Texas.

Our Focus

Cardinal has two development divisions, one focused on market rate projects and the other on workforce housing. We concentrate primarily on the Texas I-35 corridor and in Odessa, Texas. Our market rate opportunities are in three legacy properties – The Brick and Mortar District in Kyle, Texas, Goodnight Ranch in Austin, Texas, and The Merc in San Antonio, Texas.
