Project Overview

Cardinal MF LLC and MG Realty Investments, LLC, dba Momark Development (“Momark”), is under construction with a 300-unit multi-family project on approximately 10 acres as part of The Brick and Mortar District at Plum Creek development in Kyle, TX. The Brick and Mortar District at Plum Creek is situated within the existing 2,200 acre Plum Creek development.
